We have COVID boosters available at Bentleigh East GP Clinic. We would prefer patients to book online HERE. If you are new to our clinic we are able to provide you with a vaccination if you meet the eligibility criteria and have evidence that you meet the criteria. Our Patient Safety
We now offer patients who have been seen in the last 12 months an appointment for routine reasons like scripts, referrals and advice via Telehealth. This means you don’t need to come into the clinic. The doctor will provide your consultation by phone or video call if you have been seen in the clinic in the last 12 months. If you haven't been seen in the last 12 months we are able to offer you a privately paid Telehealth or phone consultation. Bookings for these appointments can only be made by phone on 9114 2766.

Health Assessments & Care Plans for Chronic Medical Conditions
Our nurses will support you with an annual Health Assessments for patients over 75 years, those between 45 - 49 years and people with a disability. They also undertake care plans for those with chronic medical conditions.
